Whale tale is the story of a whales tail made from flat spanners and rebar ( used in structural engineering ) Spanners are used for specific uses but added together can become something completely different . The tail is also a metaphor for showing presence of something much greater that lies beneath .With imagination and communication and cooperation many things can be achieved .
